HIGGINSVILLE — The Higginsville Board of Aldermen meets in regular session Monday evening.

The board plans to discuss electric rates. They will also address a street closure request from the chamber of commerce for the annual Christmas parade.

The meeting begins at 6 p.m. in the Higginsville City Hall auditorium.
