It looks like we're in for a bit of a transition as we head through the weekend and into the upcoming week. We've been dealing with temperatures that are on the cooler side for this time of year, and that trend will continue through Monday.

We'll find highs generally in the middle 50s for both Saturday and Sunday across the region, including right here in Evansville and Southern Indiana. We will also be monitoring conditions that could lead to frost, especially early Sunday and even more so early Monday morning.

Rain chances are definitely trending upward for today. We're looking at chances ranging from 60% to 90% for most of the region, and we could see a respectable quarter to a half inch of rain, particularly in southern and eastern portions of our viewing area. Rain should push east
