The latest phase of the Centurion Union development in Union Township will be a five-story luxury rental building with 85 units and 105 public parking spaces.

The new building is scheduled to open next month, according to a statement.

When complete, Centurion Union will include a total 363 new apartments and roughly 32,000 square feet of retail space in the heart of the town in Union County.

The first phases, which began in 2020, provided 182 residences and 10 individual retail spaces totaling nearly 15,000 square feet to Union Center.

The development spans 4.79 acres.

Six years ago, Union Township designated Landmark as the redeveloper of the Stuyvesant Avenue Redevelopment Project.
