Jim Curtis is opening about finding love at a later age in life.

The hypnotherapist and author, who is currently dating actress Jennifer Aniston , took part in a Q&A on Instagram this past week, and was asked for advice on finding love at age 42.

“That’s a great question, same as you do at 22 and 32 but with more confidence, more experience and more authenticity,” he shared in his video response. “You’re not old. First love yourself and recognize that you are the perfect age.”
