PUEBLO, Colo. (KKTV) - One person is dead and another is injured after a shooting in Pueblo.
That’s according to the Pueblo Police Department, who said they responded at 2:49 a.m. on W. 13th Street, east of Francisco Street, on Saturday. They said they got a “Shot Spotter” call for what they said was 27 rounds. At the same time, police said they got a call about two people being shot.
Police said first responders were able to find both victims and take them to the hospital, but one of them died at 10:20 a.m.
Pueblo County’s coroner identified him as 19-year-old Eric Torres.
Police said the other victim is still recovering, but is in stable condition so far.
So far, police said they have not identified a suspect, but they added that they believe the shooting was a targeted incident and
