After a thrilling start to the high school football playoffs for public schools, the stakes will be even higher in Round 2.

The public sectional semifinals will take place Nov. 7-8 with many exciting matchups.

Here are the second-round matchups for each section.

Two first round games are being played Saturday night: Shabazz-Lyndhurst and Old Bridge-Freehold Township. This file will be updated after those games go final.
