MOORHEAD — Wisconsin-Eau Claire netted two unanswered goal in the third period to defeat the Concordia women's hockey team 2-0 in Division III nonconference play on Saturday at Moorhead Sports Center.

Kenzie Keller buried at goal at 12:19 in the third period and Ava Bullert added an unassisted goal at 19:13.8.

Concordia (0-2) plays Augsburg to begin the MIAC schedule at 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 14, at Ed Saugestad Rink in Minneapolis.

In a battle of Concordias, Concordia Wisconsin had the edge in a 6-1 win over the Cobbers men's hockey team on Saturday afternoon at Moorhead Sports Center in Division III nonconference play.

CW scored four unanswered goals with Alex Ochitiwa socirng in the first, and Matt Green Alex Ochtiwa and Riley Klugerman scoring in the second period.
