Joan Rivers' estate has sold off her wigs and her dog's X-rays at an auction in California.
Fans of the comedienne - who died in September 2014, aged 81 - snapped up the two X-rays of her beloved Yorkshire Terrier Spike's thorax, which went under the hammer for $576, at the sale presented by Julien’s Auctions at The Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills, California, on October 9.
The X-rays and the envelopes were dated "April 12, 1993", and it was named "Spike Rosenberg" - the surname being that of Joan's late husband, Edgar Rosenberg - and "Thorax".
Two shag wigs, which she donned during her 2008 one-woman show, A Work in Progress by a Life in Progress, fetched $5,760 and $2,880, respectively.
More than 300 other lots were a part of the auction - billed as the first sale of Joan's personal
