JACKSON, Mich. (WILX) -Toy collectors gathered at the American One Event Center on Saturday for the annual Jackson Toy Show, where people from across the state came to buy and sell collectible items.

The show featured action figures, sports cards, toy cars, and other collectibles. Attendees had opportunities to add to their collections or make money from items they wanted to sell.

Jerry Dorer, who promotes the event, said the show brings nostalgia for many people.

“It brings back a lot of your memories, you know, from when you were a child,” said Dorer. “Whether or not your mom threw away your toys, and you’re like, ‘Okay, I got to have that because she threw that away when I was young. So, it just brings back a lot of childhood memories of our youth.”
