TYLER, Texas (KETK) - In this week’s edition of ‘East Texas In Focus‘, KETK’s Nolan Hoffman sat down with East Texas State Representative Cody Harris to discuss Proposition 4 ahead of Election Day, along with the ongoing water issues in East Texas.

Proposition 4 is a proposal to amend the Texas State Constitution to create a Texas Water Fund that will fund various water infrastructure projects across the state with money from the State Sales Tax. Texas voters will be able to vote on Proposition 4 and several other proposed amendments in the upcoming statewide election on Nov. 4.
