COLUMBUS, Ohio — A juvenile was seriously injured in a hit-and-run crash Saturday evening in South Linden, according to Columbus police.
The Columbus Division of Police said the juvenile was crossing Cleveland Avenue north of Windsor Avenue around 5:25 p.m. A white sedan was traveling south on Cleveland Avenue in the right lane when it hit the juvenile on the passenger side.
Police said the juvenile was taken to Nationwide Children's Hospital in critical condition. The victim, whose age is unknown at this time, has upgraded to serious condition, according to a public safety dispatcher for the city.
