Nalgonda: A Class 10 student attempted suicide by consuming liquid disinfectant after allegedly being scolded and humiliated by the staff at TTWRS Balika Gurukul School in Devarakonda town. The girl, currently undergoing treatment at the government hospital, is said to be out of danger.

According to reports, the student had returned to the residential school a week ago after visiting her family. She was allegedly reprimanded by the principal and later mocked by some teachers in front of her classmates. Upset and distressed, she went to her hostel roo
