Mobile, Ala. (WKRG) — Even with their building gone, a Mobile church is finding ways to keep serving its community.
Smoke and fire damage may have closed the doors of 3Circle Church’s Midtown campus but the congregation says their work hasn’t stopped, it's just moved outside the walls.
“Because of the the fire that happened, it's affected the other areas…And so this is going to help us be able to get back on our feet,” said Shonda Smith.
The event brought together both the Midtown and Daphne Campuses, selling hundreds of ribs.
“It's been fantastic because we had a small amount at the beginning of the week and it's just grown, grown and grown and, we're up to nearly 300 now,” said Dave Gardner.
