JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) - JXN Water customers had the chance to ask questions about ongoing water projects and services during Saturday's public meeting.

The JXN Water quarterly meeting was held at the Jackson Medical Mall, providing an accessible location for residents to connect with staff from operations, billing and other departments.

Display boards highlighted current and upcoming water projects. Staff were on hand to answer questions about water quality, service disruptions and account management.

Organizers said the meeting is part of a broader effort to provide accurate information and address misconceptions about the capital city's water system.
