The guy who started Game 7 of the World Series for the Los Angeles Dodgers passed Babe Ruth on a hitting leaderboard in the same game.
Sounds very Ruthian of Shohei Ohtani , huh?
He certainly is one of one, more of a two-way player at the same time than even Ruth was in his day.
And while the starting pitching outing didn't go how Ohtani would've liked, he did have another great night at the plate.
Ohtani led off the game with a rocket, then worked a walk later on.
With that, he had reached base 19 times in the World Series.
