New Delhi: A video of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad Yadav celebrating Halloween with his grandchildren surfaced online. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) seized the moment to accuse the veteran leader of hypocrisy. The BJP cited Lalu Prasad Yadav’s earlier remark when he dismissed Maha Kumbh as “meaningless.”

The visuals surfaced online when Lalu Yadav’s daughter and RJD leader Rohini Acharya showed the former Bihar Chief Minister posing with his grandchildren dressed in Halloween costumes. “Happy Halloween to everyone,” she captioned the post.
