Trick or Treaters filled the sidewalks of Historic Downtown Pocatello Halloween afternoon for the annual Trick-or-Treat Downtown. The event is meant to be a safe place for the community to come get candy.
“We try and hit right after school so the kids can come from their Halloween parties at school and come right downtown to trick or treat with their families," says Stephanie Palagi, the president and CEO of Historic Downtown Pocatello. "We do it during the afternoon when it's warm and sunny and then kids can get home nice and safe.”
The event has been put on annually for more than twenty years, and draws plenty of costumed trick-or-treaters, young and old, every Halloween.
