Left-handed reliever Justin Wrobleski exchanged words (and likely expletives) with Blue Jays second baseman Andres Giminez after he was hit by a pitch. This came after Giminez appeared to throw out his hand in an attempt to get hit by Wrobleski's previous pitch.

Wrobleski threw three up-and-in fastballs to Giminez, the third of which plunked the infielder on the hand. Warnings were issued to both teams, but the interaction resulted in no ejections.
