STROUDSBURG, Pa. — November 1st and 2nd mark Día de los Muertos, a Mexican tradition honoring loved ones who have passed away.
The Amor Latino Casa Madre counseling center in Stroudsburg hosted an Ancestral Connection Circle for the Day of the Dead on Saturday.
At the event, community members honored the lives of those lost to violence.
Organizers say the event allows people to connect with their sacred, healed ancestors.
