PINEVILLE, La. (KALB) - The LCU Wildcats Men and Women’s Soccer Teams took the pitch on Saturday, November 1, in the hopes of ending the regular season in the win column.

LCU Women’s Game:

The Pilots scored first off the foot of Ashley Moore, assisted by Martina Bonilla, in the 7th minute. LSUS continued their hot start, scoring their second goal in the 10th minute off the foot of Halee Hernandez.

LCU bit back with a goal by Giselle Laing in the 18th minute and another goal by Laing in the 51st minute.

Ana Guedes knotted the game at 3-3 for the Wildcats in the 76th minute, but LSUS took the lead late in the 83rd minute to get the win 4-3.

LCU finished the season 5-7 overall, 4-7 in conference play —unable to advance to the Conference Tournament.
