GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - On a busy day of high school sports, local teams squared off with their seasons on the line in sectional championship games.

In girls volleyball, Luxemburg-Casco advanced back to the state tournament with a 3-0 win over Xavier in Division 2.

In Division 1, Kimberly moved on with a 3-0 win against West De Pere, and in Division 3 Manitowoc Lutheran picked up a thrilling 3-2 victory against Saint Mary Catholic.

In boys volleyball, Appleton North advanced to the state tournament for the tenth time in program history thanks to a 3-1 win versus Kimberly.
