Will Cuylle scored the game-winning goal at 2:42 of overtime as the New York Rangers defeated the host Seattle Kraken 3-2 on Saturday night.
Cuylle added an assist and Vladislav Gavrikov and Noah Laba scored in regulation for the Rangers, who went 3-1-0 on their Western trip to improve to 6-1-1 on the road. Goaltender Igor Shesterkin made just 11 saves as New York outshot the Kraken 27-13.
Chandler Stephenson had a goal and an assist and Brandon Montour also tallied for the Kraken, who extended their points streak to four games (2-0-2). Joey Daccord stopped 24 of 27 shots.
The winner came as J.T. Miller, who scored in Thursday's 4-3 overtime victory at Edmonton, skated down the center of the ice and fed Cuylle for a wrist shot from just inside the right faceoff dot, beating a prone Dacc
