The Indiana Fever are now several weeks removed from the conclusion of their season after falling short in Game 7 of the conference finals against the Las Vegas Aces — a series in which several key players, most notably Caitlin Clark, were sidelined due to injury.
Clark’s second WNBA season was plagued by injuries, as she appeared in only 13 games before suffering a season-ending groin injury just prior to the All-Star break — an event that ironically took place in Indiana and was centered around her.
