Union Minister for Communications and Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER), Jyotiraditya M. Scindia, on Saturday laid the foundation stone for the Integrated Sohra Circuit Development Project under the Prime Minister’s Development Initiative for North Eastern Region (PM-DevINE) scheme. He also launched multiple DoNER projects worth ₹233 crore in Meghalaya, in the presence of Chief Minister Conrad K. Sangma, senior officials, and tourism stakeholders.
