The Clarence Cannon Conference released its All-Conference team this week and conference champion Monroe City was well-represented.
Monroe City senior running back Quincy Mayfield was named Offensive Player of the Year, junior defensive lineman Layne Chinn was named Defensive Player of the Year and head coach David Kirby was named Coach of the Year.
Monroe City and Centralia tied for a high of 16 All-Conference selections. Palmyra had 10, Clark County had eight, Macon had seven, South Shelby had six and Highland had three.
