RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — An investigation is underway after a man showed up to a Raleigh gas station wounded from an apparent stabbing incident.
According to the Raleigh Police Department, officers reported to the scene around 2 a.m. Sunday to the Circle K on South Saunders Street, right off of Interstate 40.
Officers said the man showed up with multiple cuts, including one to the hand and back, causing the Circle K employee to call 911.
A spokesperson with the department said the victim's injuries were minor and is expected to recover.

Officers said no arrests have been made in this incident and the investigation remains ongoing.
