Though Greeley voters won’t directly vote on the Catalyst project that some sought to take to the ballot, their city council picks will be crucial in determining the project’s future.

On Tuesday, voters will decide which of the 12 city council candidates will fill the five seats up for election this year. Five of those candidates have said they oppose the Catalyst project in its current form, and only four have signaled full support for the project. Others have expressed concerns about the project.
