The dog days of summer may be over, but Dog Day at the Maze Craze starts Sunday benefiting a local animal charity.

Admission to the New Springfield event costs $5 per dog, with the last ticket being sold at 5:30 p.m.

"Pup cup" treats will be available at the Craze Café during the event, and owners are advised that all dogs must be kept on a leash.

The Maze Craze is located at 14070 Woodworth Road. The event takes place from 12 p.m. until 7 p.m.
