MACON, Ga. — Tiphineigh Madore is taking a small bite out of a big problem, starting a "Free Little Pantry" at a park in her Lake Wildwood neighborhood .

Sorting through her pantry has become a part of Madore's routine, as she prepares to make trips to the city's newest and smallest food pantry.

"I put in diapers, some snacks for kids and this is all stuff that just came from my pantry, so other people may fill in things that are a bit more of a need, but I added like fruit snacks and chips and then bigger items for families like fruit, canned goods, things that are shelf stable that they can make," Madore said.
