Suffolk County Police arrested a man yesterday for inappropriately touching three children at a Medford business on three separate occasions. Jimmy Harry Velasquez Gomez was arrested today in front of 6 Main Street, East Islip, after he inappropriately touched a 9-year-old girl at T.J. Maxx, located at 2799 Horseblock Road, on October 29 at approximately 6:45 p.m. Following an investigation by Special Victims Section and Criminal Intelligence Detectives it was determined that Gomez additionally inappropriately touched a 7-year-old and 11-year-old at the same T.J. Maxx on April 21 and September 25.

Gomez, 44, of Mastic, was charged with three counts of Sexual Abuse 1st Degree and three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He is being held at the Third Precinct and is s
