Royal Caribbean had the highest number of crimes among all cruise lines for Q2, between April 1 and June 30.
However, a lot has changed between then and more recent months. The U.S. Department of Transportation has released new data on incidents that occurred in Q3.
This time, Carnival Cruise Line has leaped forward in many problematic categories, including the total number of incidents.
