Law enforcement in a Chicago suburb are gathering footage and additional evidence to forward to the Illinois attorney general’s office following a vehicle collision involving a U.S. Border Patrol automobile that resulted in a forceful apprehension captured on video, showing an officer repeatedly striking an individual in the head while restrained on the ground.
