GREEN BAY, Wisc. (WNCN) -- The Carolina Panthers were on the road Sunday at historic Lambeau Field, taking on the Green Bay Packers. Bryce Young returned to action after missing last week with an ankle injury.

It was a tall task heading into the home of Jordan Love and the Packers, but Carolina was up for the challenge.

Rico Dowdle and the Panthers’ defense kept them in it, and a rookie Ryan Fitzgerald game-winning field goal sealed the deal.

The Panthers pull off the upset, beating Green Bay 16-13, handing the Packers just their second loss of the year.

Bryce Young finished with 102 passing yards, one interception, and was sacked once. But it was Rico Dowdle who carried the load, 25 carries for 130 yards and two touchdowns.
