MORGANTOWN -- Ross Hodge hasn't been at the helm long at WVU, as he was announced as the new men's basketball coach on March 26.
But it may seem like five years for Hodge, as he had to assemble his staff while piecing together a roster to put on the court on Tuesday for the Mountaineers' season and home opener against Mount St. Mary's.
Hodge will enter his first season with the Mountaineers after spending the last two seasons as the leader at North Texas.
WVU has welcomed in a plethora of newcomers. The Mountaineers sit No. 36 in the transfer portal rankings, according to 247Sports.
