Dozens of people held a rally in Pompano Beach on Sunday to protest recent Immigration and Customs Enforcement raids and what they are calling “inhumane conditions” happening at immigration centers.

The rally was held outside of the Broward Transitional Center, and it was one of several protests that happened across the country as part of the Disappeared in America Weekend of Action.

NBC6 cameras captured several demonstrators who said they wanted to shed light on what they call the inhumane and cruel detention of undocumented immigrants.

"What is happening is not normal," said a protester.

"These are human beings that are being literally taken off our streets, and it has to stop. It has to stop," said a protester.

All these protests are part of a nationwide protest called Disappeared
