A 70-year-old man has been arrested after another man was stabbed to death on Halloween inside an apartment in Brockton, Massachusetts.

Tyrone Henderson, of Brockton, was taken into custody at the scene of the crime late Friday night, according to the Plymouth County District Attorney's Office. He's been charged with one count of murder, and one count of failure to register as a sex offender, after a 68-year-old man was fatally stabbed inside an apartment at 46 Spring Street.
