However, the DA's office said this case remains a "grossly negligent homicide", and they've filed an amended complaint to reflect the new findings.

On Oct. 22, officials said that Singh was under the influence of drugs when his tractor-trailer crashed into a crowd of vehicles on the 10 freeway in Southern California, which left three people dead and two hospitalized.
