RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- One person is dead following a shooting that took place earlier Sunday afternoon, Nov. 2. near a Chester's Chicken along Washington Ave. in Racine.

Officers responded to a shots fired call and located an adult man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

He was transported to a local hospital but died from his injures.
