ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (KFDA) - The West Texas A&M Lady Buffs finished their time at the D2CCA Tipoff Classic with a split, earning one win and one loss over the weekend.

The Lady Buffs defeated Northwest Missouri State by 16 points Sunday after trailing by four points following the first quarter. WT never relinquished the lead after taking control.

Taylor Haggan had an outstanding performance, recording a double-double with 16 points and 12 rebounds while adding two steals. The junior from Parker, Texas, was the only Lady Buff to reach double digits in both points and rebounds.

As a team, WT collected 44 rebounds, 12 steals, eight assists and three blocks in the victory.
