LAURENS COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - Troopers with the South Carolina Highway Patrol said they are investigating a deadly crash.

The single-vehicle crash occurred on Sunday around 5:25 a.m. on SC Highway 56 near Young Road, according to troopers.

Troopers reported a 2016 Dodge Coupe was going west on Highway 56 when it drove off the right side of the road, struck a ditch, and then struck a tree. Troopers said the driver was the vehicle’s only occupant.
