As the vision for Skims’ beauty business comes into focus, the company has hired a new executive vice president of beauty and fragrance.
Diarrha N’Diaye will lead product development and brand strategy for the fast-growing brand, effective Monday.
N’Diaye, who previously worked at Glossier and L’Oréal, most recently founded Ami Colé, the inclusive makeup brand she launched in 2021. She revealed she would be winding down the business earlier this year. That brand was intended to bring the no-makeup-makeup aesthetic to deeper skin tones and all races.
