Far-right protesters are planning a major anti-immigration demonstration outside Dublin’s Courts of Criminal Justice (CCJ) complex on Friday, following the conviction of a man in a landmark case for online posts which risked identifying asylum-seekers.
Paul Nolan (36), who has 47 previous convictions, became the first person in Ireland to be convicted for the crime and is due to be jailed over his online posts, which could have identified Irish-based asylum-seekers.
