MLA reveals education officials spent £400k on 11 new seven-seater cars for school transport – but only two are in operation

It’s understood the vehicles have all been purchased in the last six months, with the chair of Stormont’s Education Committee saying it’s “incredibly concerning” that so much has been spent on vehicles which are still not yet in service.
