MEDINA, Ohio (WOIO) - The Seville man accused of kidnapping a three-year-old girl from her home last month, will be arraigned in Medina County Court of Common Pleas Monday.
Randy Lawrence Kerley was indicted on the charges of kidnapping and burglary.
Medina police said Kerley, 39, worked with the girl’s mother.

Multiple officers searched for more than two hours before an anonymous tip led them to a residence on Buffham Road in Westfield Township.
