CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The Ritz-Carlton, Cleveland is embracing the spirit of the season with memorable culinary experiences. This year’s celebration carries extra sparkle as the luxury hotel marks its 35th anniversary since opening in December 1990.
Holiday experiences include the return of the Gingerbread Chalet, elegant afternoon teas and a new cocktail menu inspired by “A Christmas Story.”
The Gingerbread Chalet is being constructed again this year at TURN Bar + Kitchen. The Chalet is a cozy private dining space inside a life-sized gingerbread house. The cookie-clad room is handcrafted by Executive Chef Manikandan Ramalingam and Pastry Chef Emmanuel Palmas Lozada. It is made with more than 4,000 hand-laid gingerbread bricks and 500 pieces of candy.
The room can host up to eight guests
