Monday, Nov. 3 is National Sandwich Day and restaurant chains across the country are celebrating by offering deals and discounts.

Not to be confused with National Fried Chicken Sandwich Day, which occurs on Nov. 9, National Sandwich Day has something for everyone, regardless of if your go-to is a peanut butter and jelly or a Philly cheesesteak.

Jimmy John's, Panera, Popeyes and Pizza Hut are a handful of the national chains offering sandwich deals, but some discounts may require you to be a member of the restaurant's rewards program. And don't forget to check your favorite local spots for a promotion, as well.

Here's where you can score some deals and discounts in honor of National Sandwich Day this year.

Jimmy John's offers deal on Picklewich on National Sandwich Day

On Nov. 3, JJ Rewards members can buy their favorited toasted sandwich and get a Picklewich for 50% off using code "TOASTED." The Picklewich is an original sandwich stacked between thick-cut pickle slices instead of bread for a "fresh, zesty bite," according to the Jimmy John's website.

The offer is valid only at participating locations online and via the Jimmy John's app, limit one per user.

Panera offers BOGO deal on National Sandwich Day

On Nov. 3, myPanera members can buy one $5 whole sandwich and get one free at participating cafes. Options include the Toasted Frontega Chicken and Turkey Bacon Avocado Melt.

Pizza Hut offers melts for $4.99 every Monday, including National Sandwich Day

Customers can grab any hot Pizza Hut Melt for just $4.99 every Monday, including Nov. 3.

The melts, which Pizza Hut says "reimagine your favorite pizza flavors as a crispy, dippable sandwich loaded with toppings and cheese," are available in four flavors: Buffalo Chicken, Chicken Bacon Parmesan, Meat Lover's and Pepperoni Lover's.

The offer is redeemable in-restaurant at participating locations, while supplies last, and online via the Pizza Hut app or website.

Subway fans can get a deal on a footlong sub on National Sandwich Day

MVP Rewards members can buy any footlong and get a second footlong for just $1 using promo code "FOOTLONGFAN" at checkout on Monday, Nov. 3.

Additionally, Subway announced a new, limited-time Festive Feast collection that will be available in restaurants nationwide beginning Nov. 13. The menu features three holiday-inspired sandwiches, including:

  • TurHamKen: Sink into Subway's spin on the Turducken, combining oven-roasted turkey, tender Black Forest ham and rotisserie-style chicken.
  • Festive Turkey: Featuring Subway's signature and best-selling oven-roasted turkey.
  • Festive Chicken: Featuring juicy rotisserie-style chicken.

All three subs come with Monterrey Cheddar cheese, spinach, red onions, mayo and Subway's new stuffing and cranberry sauce.

Sprouts Farmers Market offers deal, sweepstakes opportunity on National Sandwich Day

Sprouts Farmers Market usually offers fresh, made-to-order sandwiches that retail for as little as $4.99, and customers can add a bag of chips and a bottle of water for an extra dollar.

On National Sandwich Day, however, the company is offering a "Make it a Meal Deal for 67 cents extra," a nod to the popular 6-7 trend.

Additionally, shoppers can enter to win "A Sandwich a Week for a Year," consisting of a Sprouts Farmers Market gift card with an approximate value of $300.

To enter the sweepstakes, customers need to order a sandwich on National Sandwich Day, post a photo of the sandwich on social media, and tag Sprouts and include the hashtag #NationalSandwichDayGiveaway in the caption.

Popeyes offering free sandwich with purchase

From Oct. 27 through Nov. 9, Popeyes customers can get a free Classic, Spicy or Smokin' Rojo Chicken Sandwich with any $10 minimum purchase.

Get free delivery from Jersey Mike's on National Sandwich Day

To celebrate National Sandwich Day, Jersey Mike's is offering free delivery at its more than 3,200 locations across the country. The offer is valid with app and online orders only.
