SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY

1100 GRANITE STREET: Police are currently investigating a potential altercation after receiving a call from a 39-year-old delivery driver early Sunday afternoon, Police Deputy Chief Brent Wasson said. While making deliveries, she said that she noticed a Dodge Dakota was following her very closely and, after pulling into a parking lot on Lakeway Road, the male driver had gotten out and confronted her about cutting him off while holding a crescent wrench in his hand. The woman described the man as being in his 20s and wearing a yellowish brown hoodie. The man followed her as she left the parking lot, and the woman claimed he also threw a glass bottle of cologne at her vehicle. The investigation continues.
