SAYRE, Pa. (WETM) – A Sayre man has been arrested on various charges after officials say he threatened a person who was a witness to a felony offense he previously committed.

Kyle S. Bradley, 46, was arrested on the charges of intimidating a witness-refrain from report (grade 3 felony) and terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, as stated in a release from the Sayre Borough Police Department.

Officials say Bradley was charged with the crimes after they received a report that he had been threatening a person who witnessed a crime that he committed on the last weekend of October. Officials say the threats began once Bradley was bailed out of the Bradford County Correctional Facility on Monday, Oct. 27.
