Leila Cobo: We wanted to announce that Billboard, from here in the United States, and Starlite, from Spain, have formed an alliance. This year, we are going to bring the first Billboard No. 1s to Spain. We are very, very excited. This is all part of Billboard‘s project as we continue to become more and more international.
