Srinagar, Nov 03: The revival of the Darbar Move after a four-year hiatus has brought a wave of enthusiasm and economic hope into Jammu, as Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Monday officially reopened the Civil Secretariat in the winter capital, marking the start of the six-month administrative session.
